Lux Lift — Terms of Use

Who. Lux Lift is provided by Lux Wealth Group Pty Ltd (ACN 702 600 682).

Contact. Email support@luxwealthgroup.com.au

The app. We may update, change or stop features or the service at any time. Keep your own copy of anything important (Settings → export).

Eligibility. You must be 18 or over.

Your account. Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the app, try to access other people's data, test its security without our written permission, or copy or distribute our software except as permitted by law.

Your data. You keep any rights you have in the training data you enter. We handle that data as described in the Privacy policy.

Feedback. You may send feedback, and we may use it to improve Lux Lift. Do not include information about someone else without their permission.

Ending. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes. We post changes to these terms here with a new date and tell you in the app before any material change.

Law. The laws of New South Wales apply.

Health and safety — please read

Lux Lift is a training log that gives general suggestions based only on the numbers you enter. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Check with a doctor or qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition. Train within your limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You choose what you lift.
